INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
After our company verified and authorized your payment, processing your order might take up to 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. If you made your purchase after 9 pm Pacific Standard Time, please be advised that we will not be able to ship it out until the next business day.
Similarly, if you made your order after 9 am Pacific Standard Time the shipment will be on the following Monday. For the tracking details, please allow at least 24 to 48 hours for the information to update.

Delivered Duties Unpaid – This means that the customer must collect and pay the taxes and import duties upon delivery of the products. It means that the customer holds the responsibilities for all the fees related to import duties and taxes.

Calculations of Taxes and Import Duties
For orders with Duties Delivered Paid, the import duties and taxes include in the price but it depends on the country for shipment. If not included with the price, you can find it at the checkout. As for orders with Duties Delivered Unpaid, the customer handles all the import duties and taxes, which he or she can take care at the customs.
